Owner and lead Captain is Ramon Montaño. Ramon was born and raised in Cabo San Lucas and although he is only 30 years old, he has been a mate and Captain for almost 20 years. Ramon was one of the youngest Captains in Cabo at the age of 18. His 20 years of fishing experience, not only in the waters of Cabo San Lucas but Costa Rica, Panama, Puerto Vallarta and Mazatlan, just to mention a few, has made him one of the most respected, knowledgeable, honest and hard working Captains in Cabo San Lucas.
Ramon has won and placed in the money in several well known tournaments throughout Mexico and his intimate knowledge of the fishing areas around Cabo are second to none. Ramon & the Dream Weaver boat recently finished 1st place in the prestigious Bisbee East Marlin Tournament and were the top money winners in the 2009 Bisbee Black & Blue Marlin Tournament, the largest Marlin tournament in the world. Ramon speaks fluent English, has a great personality and enjoys talking and teaching with his clients.
